Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 2026
Privacy by Design
VPNerve was built around a simple principle:
Your VPN traffic belongs to you—not to us.
VPNerve helps you securely manage and coordinate your own WireGuard® VPN connections across multiple devices. We do not operate VPN servers, proxy services, or network gateways, and your internet traffic never passes through our infrastructure.
Because of this architecture, VPNerve cannot inspect, monitor, record, or sell your browsing activity.
This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Who We Are
VPNerve is a VPN management application developed and operated by PIACENT, LLC., a Texas limited liability company authorized to transact business in Florida and owner of the Piacent Studios brand. Business address: 7830 Lake Wilson Rd, Unit #3022, Davenport, FL 33896-9605, United States.
The application allows users to securely synchronize VPN configurations, coordinate connections between devices, and manage their own VPN infrastructure.
Information We Collect
To provide the service, VPNerve processes limited account and device information.
Account Information
Email address
Display name
Preferred language
Authentication information
Device Information
Device name
Operating system
Application version
Device identifier
Push notification token
Last connection timestamp
Coordination Data
To ensure only authorized devices control a VPN connection, VPNerve stores limited coordination metadata, including:
device ownership
active connection status
synchronization timestamps
session coordination events
What We Never Collect
VPNerve does not collect, inspect, monitor, record, sell, or share:
websites visited
browsing history
DNS requests
IP traffic
VPN traffic
files transferred
messages
emails
passwords for VPN servers
content transmitted through VPN tunnels
Because your VPN traffic never passes through VPNerve infrastructure, we simply cannot access it.
Encryption and Security
Security is fundamental to VPNerve.
All communications with our services are encrypted using TLS.
VPN tunnels use the WireGuard® protocol.
Sensitive credentials stored on your devices are encrypted using the security mechanisms provided by the operating system whenever available.
Third-Party Services
VPNerve relies on trusted service providers to operate the platform, including services such as:
Supabase
Apple Push Notification Service (APNs)
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
These providers process only the information necessary to deliver their respective services and operate under their own privacy policies.
Push notifications never contain VPN traffic or browsing data.
Data Retention
Account and device information is retained only while your account remains active.
Following account deletion, personal information may be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal obligations, fraud prevention, backup retention, and operational requirements.
Deleting Your Account
You may request deletion of your VPNerve account at any time by contacting:
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed and cancelled by the App Store or Google Play, and must be cancelled in the store itself.
Subscriptions and Billing
When a House is covered by a subscription, VPNerve records only the following:
transaction identifiers provided by the store;
subscription status, plan and expiry date;
the link between the subscription and the House it covers;
which person linked the subscription to the House, and when.
Payment is processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play. VPNerve never receives, stores, or has access to card numbers, bank details, or any payment credential.
Billing records are retained as a financial and audit history, including after a subscription ends, as required by legal and tax obligations.
Complimentary access granted by the operator is recorded in the same auditable history, with the date it was granted and, when granted through the administration panel, the operator responsible.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the laws that apply in your country or region, you may have the right to:
access your personal data;
correct inaccurate information;
request deletion of your data;
obtain a copy of the information we hold about you;
object to certain forms of data processing; and
withdraw your consent, where applicable.
Requests may be sent through the contact channels listed at the end of this policy.
Children's Privacy
VPNerve is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law to provide consent.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
The most recent version will always be available on this page, together with its effective date.
