1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using VPNerve, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the application or its related services.
2. About VPNerve
VPNerve is a VPN management application developed and operated by PIACENT, LLC., a Texas limited liability company authorized to transact business in Florida and owner of the Piacent Studios brand. Business address: 7830 Lake Wilson Rd, Unit #3022, Davenport, FL 33896-9605, United States.
VPNerve allows users to securely manage, synchronize, and coordinate their own VPN connections across multiple devices.
VPNerve is not a VPN service provider. We do not provide VPN servers, internet access, proxy services, or network gateways.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction to use VPNerve.
By using the application, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use VPNerve only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use VPNerve to:
violate any applicable law or regulation;
infringe the rights of others;
distribute malware or malicious software;
interfere with the operation or security of the service;
attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the application except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
configuring your VPN servers and endpoints;
maintaining the security of your devices;
protecting your account credentials;
complying with applicable laws regarding your use of VPN technology.
VPNerve does not monitor or validate the VPN servers you configure.
6. Accounts
Certain features require a VPNerve account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed using your account.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Using VPNerve requires an active per-House subscription (monthly or annual plan), sold and charged by the App Store or Google Play, auto-renewing until cancelled in the store itself. The introductory free trial follows the store's rules (1 month on the App Store; 30 days on Google Play) and is available per the eligibility the store determines. There is no free plan.
One subscription covers exactly one House and applies across all supported platforms with no additional charge. Prices, currencies, taxes, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the applicable store and are subject to its terms. The end of coverage stops new connections from starting, but never deletes your House, devices, keys or configurations. Deleting your VPNerve account does not cancel the store subscription — cancellation must be done in the store.
8. Intellectual Property
VPNerve, including its software, user interface, visual design, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on VPNerve.
9. Third-Party Services
VPNerve may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, push notification services, hosting providers, and analytics services.
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Service Availability
VPNerve is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Although we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or VPN configuration.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
11. Disclaimer
VPNerve is a management tool.
We are not responsible for:
the availability or performance of your VPN servers;
network outages;
internet connectivity;
third-party VPN providers;
data loss caused by device failures or user configuration errors.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PIACENT, LLC., its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of VPNerve.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PIACENT, LLC. from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of VPNerve or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The latest version will always be published together with its effective date.
Your continued use of VPNerve after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The state courts located in Polk County, Florida, and the federal courts with jurisdiction over Polk County have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or forums that apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.
